So today I was trying to encode a video that I recorded from my VCR. I started the encoding process and noticed that the encoding was taking a long time. In fact, it wasn't even moving. I decided to check the task manager and noticed that my CPU usage was lass than 30%. Something was clearly not working.

I did some research and found out that I had to press the queue button INSTEAD of export. That would open up Adobe Media Encoder. Now it finally used 100% of the CPU. Perfect!
